Buying a Villa will award a farmer with 10,000 experience, which guaranteed a level up until additional levels were added past level 70. The Villa used to seen as an "ultimate" goal of the game for many players because it was the most expensive item able to be purchased with coins, until the Mansion came out, five times as expensive.
