The Villa is a building on FarmVille. The Mini Villa is the miniature version of it.
Acquisition[]
It was the most expensive item available on FarmVille, costing 
1,000,000 coins, until 03 June 2010 when the Mansion was released, costing 5,000,000 coins. Buying a Villa will award a farmer with 
10,000 experience, which guaranteed a level up until additional levels were added past level 70. The Villa used to seen as an "ultimate" goal of the game for many players because it was the most expensive item able to be purchased with coins, until the Mansion came out, which was five times as expensive.
