R8 is second (2nd) of ten (10) red expansions that are only found only on the Avalonfarms (Wilderlands and Kingdom). The other newer farms begin their red expansions at R9. These red expansions are the same as any other red expansion, which requires that you gain access to them by using cash.
Notes:
Both of the Avalon farms, Wilderlands and Kingdom, have a B7 and a B8 in the blue section, as originally intended for all farms that followed after them.
There were many unforeseen problems with having two seasons on a single farm. As compensation for the missing season, FarmVille increased the blue expansions by two (2) ending with B8, for a total of eight (8) blues and increased the red expansions by ten (10) beginning with R9 and ending with R28, giving a total of twenty (20) reds.
The Avalon farms (Wilderlands and Kingdom) both have shared storage capacity with each other; increased by 250 items to 1,500 items, on these two (2) farms only, when the Kingdom farm was released. The remaining farms, without shared storage, still have 1,250 max capacity. The Shipping license for Wilderlands items give you access to the Kingdom items as well.
The farms released after the Avalon farms (Wilderlands and Kingdom) do not have a R8 in the red section, instead, they have a B8 in the blue section.
G1 and G2 (green expansions)are always found grouped together as one (1) group.
The G3 (green expansion) and the B9 (blue expansion) were added, with the release of the Phantom Valley farm, to give players additional space and to add an additional week of tasks.
G3 (green expansion), originally, was found near one (1) of the other green expansion on the earlier farms.
The G3 (green expansion) was made into a normal sized expansion (9x9 plots), with the release of the Story of Sakura farm, and may or may not be found near other green expansions as before.
G4, G5 and G6 (green expansions) were added, with the release of the Story of Sakura farm, to give players additional space and may or may not be found near other green expansions.
Do not have a blue expansion that is higher than B6 nor do they have red expansions that is higher than R10, as was originally intended for all farms.
Because, there were many problems with having multiple seasons on a single farm; All new farms, after the Avalon farms, had their blue expansions and red expansions increased in number.
B10 and B11 (blue expansion) were added, with the release of the Story of Sakura farm, to give players additional space and to add additional week of tasks.
R21 and R22 (red expansions) were added, with the release of the Namaste India farm, to give players additional space.
R23 (red expansions) were added, with the release of the Story of Sakura farm, to give players additional space.
