The Peppermint is a seed in FarmVille. It was released on December 2. These are the most profitable non-event one-day crop until you reach level 19 in terms of coins. The trade-off for this is in gaining only 1 XP per plot, whereas a farmer gains at least 2 XP for all other one-day crops. Another trade-off is that the mastery bonus is no less than 8 XP, but the bonus chance is only 5%.

It was part of Leaderboards with Peppermint Fest that started on August 22nd, 2012 and lasted until August 29th, 2012. For this task you need to harvest Peppermint. Predefined rewards for harvesting predefined amounts of Peppermint are:
- for 1,000 harvested crops reward is 1 Fertilize All
- for 3,000 harvested crops reward is 3 unwither spray
- for 6,000 harvested crops reward is 2 Instagrow Potion

Peppermint Fest[]
Peppermint Fest was a task on the Leaderboard. It started on August 23rd, 2012.
The objective was to harvest Peppermint, to get Fertilize All, unwither spray, and Instagrow Potions.
Bugs and Known Issues[]
When harvested, this crop gave Artichoke Bushels rather than Peppermint Bushels. This glitch occurred for 5 days, since the crop was released until December 07, 2010.
Also, the crop was released as "Pepper Mint", then it was renamed to "Peppermint" on December 07, 2010. It should be noticed that the "Peppermint Stall Notification" and the "Peppermint Harvest Cursor", both mentioned "Peppermint" as "Pepper Mint" for few more days after Dec 07th.! (See Gallery below)
All issues related to the name "Peppermint" are now resolved.
