Harvesting Ono does not currently produce any collectables.
Harvesting Ono counts towards the ribbons Cream of the Crop and High Roller. If the Ono has been fertilized, it also counts towards King of Compost. The very first Ono a farmer harvests counts towards Green Thumb. Planting Ono (as well as plowing the water for them) counts towards A Pretty Penny.
