The Spring Mini Horse is an animal on FarmVille. It was originally released on the April 8, 2012 as a part of the Spring Event (2012), a rare prize of the 97th 
Mystery Game.
It was re-released on the April 9, 2012 as part of Pig-O Game 2 prizes.
It was re-released again on April 1, 2013 as rare reward in Mystery Game 147. It was re-released again on October 29th, 2013 as a reward in Mystery Game 180. It was re-released again on November 21st, 2013 as a reward in Pig-O Game 67. It was re-released again on November 25th, 2013 as a reward in Pig-O Game 69.
When harvesting a Horse Stable that contains a Spring Mini Horse and any Stallion, there is a chance to find an Spring Mini Foal to share with your neighbours.
Horse Paddock

The Spring Mini Horse can be stored in the Horse Paddock. The Horse Paddock can be harvested every 1 day. When harvesting the Horse Paddock containing at least one Spring Mini Horse, in addition to currency, it is possible to find the Spring Mini Horse foal or Animal Feed.

Horse Stable[]

The Spring Mini Horse can be stored in the Horse Stable. A Horse Stable can be harvested once every day. When harvesting a Horse Stable containing at least one Spring Mini Horse, players have a chance to find one Spring Mini Foal*, Arborist, Farmhand, or 
100 experience. Farmhands, Arborists, and experience go directly to the player's gift box. However, the Spring Mini Foal may only be shared to the player's wall, where it may be adopted by the player's friends.
Note:
- Zynga considers the Spring Mini Horse a horse. Horses require the presence of at least 1 (one) stallion in the Horse Stable in order to produce a foal.
