The Shamrock Sheep is a limited edition animal which could be obtained in exchange for 10 Gold items during the 2010 St. Patrick's Day Event. Upon purchasing a Shamrock Sheep, the buyer had the option of placing a second one on his feed for his neighbors.
On March 23rd, 2012 players get 1 free Shamrock Sheep from FarmVille as free gift for St. Patricks Day Event (2012).
On June 1st, 2012 it become available as free gift for wall posting. Every neighbor that help you will get 2 Shamrock Sheeps.
It can also be gotten from an Orange Livestock Mystery Baby.
