It was released as part of the Monster Lab. You can craft the Monster Hog inside Monster Lab with 2
Blue Serums and 4
Green Serums.

Monster Lab

The Monster Hog can be stored in the Monster Lab. The Monster Lab can be harvested every 12 hours. When harvesting the Monster Lab containing at least one Monster Hog, it is possible to find 2 Blue Serums. One Blue Serum is for the farmer, and is sent to the farmer's Monster Lab. The other Blue Serum is for the farmer's friends, and can be shared to the player's wall.
Zoo
